Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients

 For Making Filling:

 1: cottage cheese 1/2 kg (cut in small cubes) (paneer)

 2: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 3: oil 2 tbsp

 4: lemon juice 1 tbsp

 5: corainder powder 2 tsp

 6: cumin powder 2 tsp 

 7: kashmeri chilli powder 1 tsp

 8: red chilli powder 1tsp

 9: salt 1 tsp

10: black salt 1 tsp

11: garam masala powder 1 tsp

12: roasted gram flour 1 tbsp (heaped)

13: thick yogurt 1/2 cup

14: tomato 1 large (deseeded & chop in small pieces)

15: bellpepper 1 medium (deseeded & chop in small pieces)

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 2 tbsp

 2: onion 1 large (finely chopped)

 3: green chill 3 (finely chopped)

 4: coal to smoke the cheese

 5: fresh corainder 2 tbsp

 6: bread slices (as many required)

 7: butter or margarine

 8: mint chutny

 9: tomato ketchup

10: chadder cheese (as much required)

 

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add cottage cheese and all ingredients under filling mix well.

     2: heat oil add onion, green chilli and fry on high flame till the onions get soft.

     3: add the cottage cheese and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.

     4: heat coal and then smoke the cottage cheese as shown in the video.

     5: then add fresh coriander mix and keep aside till cools.

     6: now spread butter or margarine on the bread slices, place the filling top it with the mozzarella cheese, spread tomato ketchup on the other slice and place it on.

     7: heat a grill pan spread a little butter or oil and and grill the sandwich on both sides.

     8: serve hot with cold drinks.
