PANEER MASALA RECIPE
Ingredients
For Marination:
1: paneer 400g (cut in cubes)
2: salt 1 tsp
3: red Chile Powder 1 tsp
4: garam Masala 1/2 tsp
5: turmeric 1/4 tsp
6: oil 2 tbsp
For Curry:
1: ghee 1/2 cup
2: green chilli 3 (sliced)
3: cumin seeds 1 tsp
4: green cardamom 4
5: cinnamon 1 inch
6: cloves 5
7: onions 3 medium (finely chopped or blended)
8: ginger 1 inch (julienne)
9: garlic 5 cloves (julienne)
10: salt 1 tsp
11: red chilli powder 1 tsp
12: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
13: fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
14: garam masala 1/2 tsp
15: coriander powder 1/2 tsp
16: cumin powder 1 tsp
17: coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
18: minced tomato 4 med (crushed or grinned)
19: Water 1/2 cup
Instructions

1: in a bowl add paneer, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, and oil mix well and leave it for 10 minutes.
2: heat ghee and add cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom, and cinnamon stick fry on high flame.
3: add the onions and fry on high flame till change colour.
4: now add ginger, and garlic and fry on high flame for 2 minutes.
5: then add tomatoes, dry fenugreek, salt, crushed black pepper, coriander powder, red chilli, garam masala powder, and cumin powder mix well, and cook on high flame, till the ghee comes on the surface.
6: add the paneer mix add water, cover and cook on low to medium flame, till the ghee comes on the surface.
7: now add green chilli, and simmer on low flame for 4 minutes.
8: Served hot with roti.
