  1. PANEER JALFREZI

    1: in a bowl add the paneer, lemon juice, cumin powder, and black pepper crushed mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    2: heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer till gets a little golden color, then take it out and keep aside.

    3: in the same pan add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes, crushed red chilies, crushed black pepper, cumin powder, chili sauce, and ketchup mix well and cook on high flame, only the tomatoes get soft (but should not lose its shape).

    4: then add the paneer, salt, lemon juice, bell peppers mix well, cover, and cook on low to medium flame for 2 minutes only.

    5: then add the nigella seeds, and green chilies, and mix them well.

    6: serve hot with naan, or roti enjoy.
