NUTELLA BREAD

Ingredients

1: 2 cups of bread flour or (plain flour 3 cups)

2: 1/3 cup of sugar

3: 2 tsp. instant dry yeast

4: pinch of salt

5: 3/4 cup of warm milk

6: 1/4 cup of melted butter

7: 2 egg yolks (keep the egg whites for brushing)

8: 1 cup of nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4.

     

    1: in a bowl add bread flour, salt, sugar, yeast mix well.

    2: then add milk, butter, egg yolks mix till all the mixture gets together.

    3: dust the working surface with some flour and knead the dough for 5 minutes till smooth.

    4: grease a bowl and place the dough in it, place the dough in a warm place till doubles in size coverd.

    5: then take the dough and dust the surface with so flour, cut it in equal 4 parts.

    6: work with one part of dough at a time, make balls and roll about 9 inch.

    7: place it in baking paper, take a plate and press it on the dough to give you a rough circle, spread the melted nutella in the middle leaving the edges.

    8: now place another rolled dough over and repeat this with the rest dough, not forgetting to spread the spread in each layer.

    9: cut the edges.

    10:place a small glass in the middle and cut the dough like its in the video 16 cuts.

    11:then twist the two pieces of bread away from each other and seal the end.

    12:brush it with egg white.

    13:bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown.

    14: serve hot.
