NOODLE & VEG KABAB

Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

For Kababs:

 1: egg noodles 2 cups (boiled)

 2: potatoes 5 medium (boiled & mashed)

 3: cabbage 1 cup (finely sliced)

 4: bell pepper 1 large (finely chopped)

 5: carrot 1 large (grated & squeezed)

 6: green chilli 4 (chopped)

 7: fresh coriander 2 tbsp

 8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 10: chaat masala powder 1 tsp

 

 For Coating:

 1: eggs 2

 2: dry or fresh bread crumbs

 

 For Frying:

 1: oil

Instructions

  1. NOODLE & VEG KABAB

     1: in a bowl add all the ingredients under the kabab, mix well, and make kababs.

     2: beat eggs.

     3: Dip the kababs in eggs and roll in bread crumbs.

     4: heat oil and shallow fry till golden, place on a paper towel once fried.

     5: Served hot with ketchup.
