NIHARI MASALA POWDER
Ingredients
1: carom seeds 2tbs
2: coriander seeds 8tbs
3: green cardamom 2tbs
4: cloves 4tbs
5: black cardamom 8 pieces
6: bay leaves 3
7: star anise 8 pieces
8: black salt 1/2 tsp
9: red chilli powder 2tbs
10: dry ginger powder 2tbs
11: turmeric powder 1tbs
12: nutmeg 1/2 tsp
13: mace 1/2 tsp
14: salt 2tbs
15: degi mirch 2tbs
16: white cumin seeds 4 tbs
17: fennel seeds 6tbs
Instructions

1: grind all the whole spices(sabat).
2: mix it with the powdered spices and mix well.3: keep in air-tight jars.NOTE: use 4 tbs of this masala for 1kg meat or chicken and 2 tbs for 1/2kg meat or chicken (you can add more salt and red chili powder to make it spicier).
