NAMKEEN KARAHI GOSHT

Ingredients

1: Mutton Meat 1 kg 

2: Raw Papaya 2 tbs heaped (Grind and place it on Mutton for 15-20 minutes)

3: Onions 2 (medium size finely chopped)

4: Green Chillies 10-12 (finely sliced)

5: Bullet Green Chillies 3 (sliced for garnishing)

6: Ginger (Julian cut for garnish)

7: Yogurt 7-8 tbsp (beaten)

8: Water 2 cups

9: Oil half cup

10: Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

11: Crushed Black Pepper 2 tsp

12: Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp (heaped)

13: Garam Masala 2 & 1/2 tsp

14: Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

  1. NAMKEEN KARAHI GOSHT

    1: In a pan add & heat oil then add onions and fry till it turns golden.

    2: Then add ginger & garlic paste and mutton, mix, and cook on high flame till meat turns golden.

    3: Then add half a cup of water & add all the spices mix and cook on medium flame.

    4: When the water reduces, add yogurt and green chillies mix & cook on high flame.

    5: Mix well & then add bullet green chilies & ginger for garnishing.

    6: Then cook for half a minute on high flame without the lid.

    7: Serve & enjoy with Rogni Naan.
