MUTTON SHINWARI
Ingredients
1: mutton 1 kg (boiled with water 3 glass salt 1 tsp heaped)(keep the stock)
2: tomatoes 1/2 kg (grind)
3: yogurt 6 tbsp
4: green chilli 4
5: ginger 50g (julienne)
6: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
7: red chilli powder 1 tsp
8: garam masala powder 1 tsp
9: oil 1/2 cup
10: fresh coriander handful
Instructions

1: heat oil add green chilli, boiled mutton and fry for a minute.
2: add crushed black pepper, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, yogurt, tomatoes, remaining stock mix well and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on surface (can add salt to your taste).
3: add fresh coriander, ginger mix and simmer for 4 minutes.
4: serve hot with naan.
