MUTTON MUGHAL KARAHI

Ingredients

1: mutton 1 kg

2: onions 2 large (finely sliced)

3: yogurt 1&1/2 cup

4: tomatoes 7 medium

5: green chilli 5

6: almonds 20 to 30 (crushed)

7: turmeric 1/2 ts

8: garlic paste 1 tbs

9: bay leaves 2

10:garam masala powder 1 tsp

11:salt 1 tsp

12:coriander powder 1 tbs

13:fresh ginger 2 inch (finely sliced)

14:red chilli powder 1 tsp

15:green cardamom powder 1 tsp

16:oil 1 cup

 

 

Instructions

  1. MUTTON MUGHAL KARAHI

     

     

    1: boil water and add the tomatoes and wait for a few minutes till the skin of the tomatoes gets soft, then drain the water peel the skin and chop the tomatoes.

    2: heat oil and fry the onions, ginger, garlic paste till light golden on high flame.

    3: now add the meat and fry on high flame till the meat changes colour.

    4: then add the salt, cardamom powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli, bay leaves, yogurt, water 1 glass mix well wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on the surface and meat is cooked completely.

    5: now add the almonds, tomatoes mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

    6: add the green chilli. garam masala mix well.

    7: serve hot.
