MUTTON MALAI (EID RECIPE)

Ingredients

1: mutton 1 kg

 2: cream 1 cup

 3: yogurt 1 cup

 4: fried onions 1/2 cup

 5: cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

 6: cashew nuts 4 tbsp (crushed)

 7: sambal oelek 4 tbsp

 8: green chilli paste 2 tbsp

 9: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 10: nutmeg 1/2 tsp

 11: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 12: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 13: oil 1 cup

 14: bullet green chilli 4 (sliced)

Instructions

  1. 1: in a pan add meat, ginger & garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, green chilli sauce, water 3 glass, wait for a boil  on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender.

     2: heat oil add the fried onions, yogurt mix and cook on high flame till the yogurt dries.

     3: then add cashew nuts, nutmeg, sambal oelek mix well, now add the cooked meat with the stock, cook on high flame  till the oil comes on the surface.

     4: now add cream, cheddar cheese, green chilli mix well and cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

     5: serve hot with naan.
