MUTTON KHAAS

Ingredients

 1: mutton 1/2kg

 2: tomatoes 2 large(grind to a paste)

 3: fried onions 1/2 cup

 4: raw rice 1tbs(grind to a powder)

 5: dry roasted peanuts 1tbs

 6: desiccated coconut 1tbs (dry roast it)

 7: gram flour 1tbs(dry roast it)

 8: tamarind paste 1/4 cup

 9: cumin seeds 1tsp (dry roasted and crushed)

 10: ginger & garlic paste 1tbs

 11: curry leaves 20

 12: green chilli 3

 13: salt 1ts

 14: red chilli powder 3/4tsp

 15: fresh coriander handful

 16: oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1.  1: grind cumin, gram flour, coconut, peanuts, tamarind to a paste, then add the rice and again grind to a paste, keep  aside.

     2: heat oil add, mutton, tomato paste, ginger & garlic paste, salt, red chilli, fried onions, water 3 cups mix and wait for a  boil on high flame, then lower the flame low to medium cover and cook till the meat is tender and oil comes on surface.

     3: then add the grinned paste mix and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on low to medium flame.

     4: now add coriander leaves, green chilli, curry leaves mix and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame.

     5: serve hot with naan.
