Ingredients

 1: mutton 1 kg

 2: fried onions 1/2 cup

 3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 4: red chili powder 1 tsp

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 7: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 8: Nihari masala powder 2 tsp

 9: coriander powder 2 tsp

 10: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 11: tomatoes 3 (sliced)

 12: Bullet green chilli 2 (sliced)

 13: curry leaves 20 to 25

 14: fresh coriander handful

 15: oil 1 cup

Instructions

  1. MUTTON CHATPATA

     1: heat oil add ginger & garlic paste, mutton, and fry on high flame for 5 minutes.

     2: now add tomatoes, fried onions, cumin, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and nihari masala mix well, and cook on high flame till the tomatoes are mashed.

     3: then add 4 glasses of water mix and wait for a boil on a high flame, reduce the flame to low to medium cover and cook till the mutton is tender and oil comes on the surface.

     4: now add green chili, garam masala powder, curry leaves, and coriander leaves mix and simmer on low flame for 3 to 4  minutes.

     5: Served hot with naan, and roti.
