Mutton Bhaji Curry

Ingredients

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: onions 4 large (finely sliced)

 3: cumin seeds 2 tsp

 4: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 5: mutton 1 kg

 6: tomatoes 4 large (sliced)

 7: coriander 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 8: red chilli powder 2 tsp

 9: salt 2 tsp

10: turmeric 1/2 tsp

11: potatoes 1/2 kg (pealed and cut in cubes)

12: spinach 1/2 kg (cut & boiled)

13: fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg (cut & boiled)

14: garam masala powder 1 tsp

15: bullet green chilli 4 (sliced)

Instructions

  1. 1: heat oil add cumin seeds, onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     2: add the meat and cook on high flame till the meat changes colour.

     3: now add tomatoes, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric cook on high flame till for 5 minutes and then add water 2 glass, wait for a boil on high flame and the cover and cook on low to medium flame till the water dries and meat is tender.

     4: add potatoes, spinach, fenugreek leaves mix well and add 1 cup of water and cook on low to medium flame till the potatoes get tender and oil comes on the surface.

     5: then add green chilli, garam masala powder mix well.

     6: serve hot with roti, naan. rice.
