MUSTARD PASTE RECIPE

Ingredients

 1: water 1 cup

 2: yellow mustard powder 3/4 cup (after grinding)

 3: salt 1/2 tsp

 4: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 5: garlic powder 1/4 tsp or fresh garlic 1 tsp (grind to a paste)

 6: paprika powder 1/2 tsp

 7: vinegar 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1.  1: in a pan add all ingredients (except vinegar), mix well.

     2: cook on low to medium flame till gets thick.

     3: then add the vinegar and cook on low flame till gets thick.

     4: leave to cool completely.

     5: store in a sterilised jar, for 3 months in the fridge, (use after a week it will taste great).

     6: serve on a sandwicheshot dog sandwich, marinations.
