MOONG DAL KE PAKODE

Ingredients

 1: moong dal with skin 250g (washed & soak over night & then drained)

 2: spring onion 1/2 kg (chopped)

 3: green chilli 4 (chopped)

 4: fresh coriander 1/2 cup

 5: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp

 6: coriander seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 7: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: baking soda 1/2 tsp

 10: oil for frying

 

 

 

Instructions

  1. MOONG DAL KE PAKODE

    1: drain the water well from the dal, add it to a chopper, and blend well.

     2: Transfer the dal to a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.

     3: heat oil.

     4: add the dal mixture and fry on medium flame till golden, place them on a paper towel.

     5: Served hot with imli chutney.

     NOTE: if the batter gets thin add gram flour a little at a time.
