MOONG DAAL NAMKEEN

Ingredients:

1: Moong daal 250g (washed and soaked in water for 8 hours)
2: Salt 1/2 tsp
 For Frying:

1: Oil

Instructions

  1. MOONG DAAL NAMKEEN
    Recipe:
    
    1: Wash daal and soak in water for 8 hours.
    2: Then drain the water, keep it on a cotton cloth wipe it well to remove water, spread it to dry the water for 15 to 20 minutes.
    3: Heat oil.
    4: Place small batches of daal in a seive and place it in the hot oil, fry on high flame till crisp and golden, keep sterring with a spoon, once fried place it on paper towel to remove extra oil.
    5: Now add the fried daal in a bowl, sprinkle salt mix well.
    6: Serve and enjoy.
    
    NOTE: Store in air tight box or zip tight bag, for more flovour you can use black salt, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder.
