MATTAR PANEER
Ingredients
1: paneer 265g (3 packets cottage cheese cut in 1-inch pieces and fry till golden)
2: peas 1 cup (frozen boiled)
3: onions 1 medium (sliced)
4: tomatoes 2 medium (chopped)
5: double cream 1/2 cup
6: salt 1 tsp
7: red chilli powder 1/2tsp
8: fresh ginger 1&1/2 inch piece (sliced)
9: Bullet green chilli 2 (sliced)

11: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbs
12: coriander powder 1 tbs
13: cumin seeds 1 tsp
14: cinnamon stick 1 piece
15: oil 3/4 cup
16: turmeric 1/4 tsp
Instructions

MATTAR PANEER
1: heat half of the oil add onions, ginger, and green chilli fry on high flame till gets soft.
2: then add tomato, salt, red chili, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, water 1/2 cup mix, and cook on high flame till the tomatoes get soft.
3: then let it cool and grind to a paste.
4: heat the remaining oil and add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, and grinned masala mix well add the fried paneer, peas, water 1 cup, and fenugreek leaves mix cover, and cook on low to medium for 5 minutes.
5: now add the cream mix cover and simmer for 1 minute on low flame.
6: garnish it with a little cream and serve hot with roti or rice.
