Mash Ki Dal & Keema

Ingredients

1: Mince 1/2 kg

2: mash dal 1 Cup

3: Onion 1 large sliced

4: Ginger & garlic paste 1 TBsp

5: Red chilli powder 1Tsp

6: Salt  1Tsp

7: Tumeric 1/2 Tsp

8: Garam masala 1 Tsp

9: Cumin seeds 1 Tsp

10: 2 inch of cinnamon stick 

11: 2 Black cardamom 

12: 2 Tomatos medium chopped

13: 2 bulit green chilli

14: Fresh coriender

15: Oil or Ghee 1/2 Cup

 

Instructions

  1. 1: Heat oil in a pan & add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, onions, and ginger& garlic paste, cook tip until it gets golden on high flame.

    2: add tomatoes, red chill powder, turmeric & salt. mix well & cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface and the tomatoes soften.

    3: then add the mince and cook on high flame till the water dries when the mince oozes.

    4: When the mince water dries add the dal & 2 cups of water, and cook o low to medium flame till the dal is tender and the water is completely dry ( can add more water if required to cook the dal)

    5: once the water dries add green chilies, garam masala & fresh coriander mix well and simmer for two minutes, serve hot.
