  1. Mash Dal Pakoda

    1: in a grinder add the daal and grind it coarsely, not too liquidy. (can use a few tbs of water if required).

    2: now add all the spices and mix well.

    3: in a pan heat the oil to hot boiling, make a small round shape batter, and fry till golden brown, when you add the batter it should sit down and slowly float to the surface once cooked.

    4: once fried serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
