Masaledar Handi Chicken Roast
Ingredients
To Marinate Chicken:
1: yogurt 1 cup
2: sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
3: chaat masala 1 tsp
4: desiccated coconut 1 tsp
5: fried onions 3 tbsp
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: almonds 10 (grind)
8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
10: garam masala powder 1 tsp
11: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
12: tomato puree 2 tbsp
13: whole chicken 2 kg (weight)
For Cooking:
1: oil 1/3 cup
2: potatoes 1/2 kg (pealed, cut in cubes, boiled and fried)
3: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
4: eggs 4 (boiled)
Instructions

1: in a bowl all ingredients under marination, mix well and cover the chicken with the marination and in the cuts of the chicken as well as shown in the video and leave it for two hours.
2: heat oil and place the chicken in it and fry on all sides to give it a golden colour for 8 to 10 minutes.
3: now mix 1 cup of water with the marination and add it with the chicken cover and cook on medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil separates, while cook make sure to change the sides of the chicken so it cook evenly.
4: add the fried potatoes, fresh coriander mix.
5: serve it with boiled eggs, roti, naan, paratha or toasted bread slices.
