MASALA FISH RECIPE

Ingredients

 

 

1: fish fillets 1 kg (i used white fish)

2: crushed red chilli 3 tsp

3: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

5: lemon juice 4 to 8 tbsp

6: red food colour 1/4 tsp

7: ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp

8: curry powder 1 tsp

9: chaat masala for sprinkling on the fish before serving

10: oil for frying

 

 

Instructions

  1. MASALA FISH RECIPE

    1: in a dish mix all spices.

    2: add the fish and marinate for a few hours.

    3: heat oil and fry the fish for 10 minutes.

    4: keep on paper towel to remove extra oil.

    5: sprinkle chaat masala.

    6: serve hot with roti and chutney.
