Masala Fish Curry

Ingredients

 1: oil 1/3 cup

 2: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 3: fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp

 4: curry leaves 10 to 12

 5: onions 2 large (grind)

 6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 7: green chilli 2 (chopped)

 8: tomatoes 3 medium (grind)

 9: salt 1 tsp

 10: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 11: coriander powder 2 tsp

 12: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 13: Rohu Fish 1 kg

 14: fresh coriander hand-full

 15: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 16: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 17: green chilli 1 (chopped)

Instructions

  1.  1: heat oil and add cuminseeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, onions, ginger & garlic paste fry on high flame till changes colour.

     2: add green chilli, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, water 1/2 cup mix and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on surface.

     3: now add the fish mix well and cook on high flame for 1 minute.

     4: now add the fish eggs, water 1/2 cup and cover and cook on low to medium flame for 4  to 5 minutes.

     5: now add fresh corainder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, green chilli simmer for 1 minute.

     6: serve hot with RotiNaan or Boiled Rice
