MASALA CHOPS

Ingredients

 1: mutton chops 1 kg

 2: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

 3: fried onions 4 tbs

 4: garlic paste 1 tbs (heaped)

 5: desiccated coconut 1 tbs (dry roasted)

 6: gram flour 2 tbs (dry roasted)

 7: cashew nuts 15 (dry roasted)

 8: saffron 1/4 tsp

 9: salt 1 tsp

 10:red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 11:garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 12:dry red chilli 8

 13:oil 1/2 cup

 14:fresh coriander 4 tbs

 15:green chilli 2

Instructions

  1. Grind Coconut, Cashew nut With Little Milk To a Paste, Keep Aside.

     

     1: marinate chops with, yogurt, salt, garlic mix cover and leave it for 1/2 hour.

     2: heat oil add dry chilli and fry, then add the marinated chops cook on high flame for 15 minutes.

     3: then add fried onions, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, roasted gram flour, grinned cashew and coconut  paste mix well, add water 1 glass mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame cover till the  chops are cooked completely and the oil comes on the surface.

     4: now add fresh coriander, green chilli, saffron mix.

     5: serve hot with naan.
