Masala Chicken Sweet Corn Handi

Ingredients

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: onons 2 large (grind)

 3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 4: tomatoes 3 large (grind)

 5: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: red chilli powder 2 tsp

 7: cumin powder 2 tsp

 8: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 9: yogurt 1 cup

10: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in cubes and mixed with 2 tbsp of yogurt and left for 2 hours to marinate)

11: sweetcorn 3 & 1/2 cups (you can use less)

12: cashew nuts powder 2 tbsp (or) almond powder

13: garam masala powder 1 tsp

14: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

15: cream 3/4 cup

16: green chilli 8

17: fresh coriander hand full

Instructions

  1.  1: heat oil add onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     2: then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric, yogurt mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     3: then add the chicken and cook on high flame till changes colour from pink to white.

     4: now add sweetcorn, cashew nut powder, garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves, cream, water 1/4 cup mix well and cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     5: add green chilli, fresh coriander mix well.

     6: serve hot with roti, naan, paratha.
