Masala Boti

Ingredients

 For Marination:

 1: mutton 1 kg

 2: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 3: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 4: coriander powder 1 tbsp

 5: cumin seeds 1 tsp heaped (dry roasted & crushed)

 6: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: mace 1/2 tsp

 8: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 9: green chilli 3 (chopped)

 10: lemon juice 1 tbsp

 11: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 12: yogurt 1 cup

 13: fresh coriander handful

 14: mint handfull

 

 For Curry:

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: onion 2 large (grind)

 3: green chilli 5

 

Instructions

  1. 1: marinate the meat with all ingredients under marination, mix well and leave it for 2 to 4 hours or over night.

     2: heat oil add the onions and fry till changes colour on high flame.

     3: add the marinated meat and fry on high flame for 5 to 8 minutes.

     4: then add water 2 glass or as required to cook the meat, wait for a boil on high flame and then cover and cook on low to medium till the meat is tender and oil comes on surface.

     5: add green chilli.

     6: serve hot with roti, naan.
