MANGO SQUASH

Ingredients

1: mango pulp 850g (1 can)

 2: sugar 2 cups

 3: water 1 & 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. MANGO SQUASH

     1: in a pan add water, sugar and cook on high flame, till the sugar dissolves.

     2: add mango pulp mix well, cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

     3: leave to cool completely, transfer it in a clean bottle.

     4: add 1/4 cup on mango mixture and 1 glass of water, ice cubes.

     5: serve and enjoy.

     

     Note: can keep in fridge for 2 weeks.(do not cook for too long or it will turn in to jam)

     1: to make with fresh mangos use 1 kg, peel the skin, and remove the seed, chop mango.

     2: grind to a paste, and follow the recipe as above.
