Ingredients

For Marianation:

 1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in 1 inch piece)

 2: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 3: lemon juice 3 tbsp

 4: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

 

 

 For Masala:

 1: butter 50g

 2: oil 1/2 cup

 3: onions large 2 (finely chopped)

 4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp

 5: tomato puree 1/2 cup

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 8: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 9: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 10: cream 1/4 cup

 11: bullet green chilli 3 (cut length wise)

 12: fresh ginger 1 inch piece (Julian)

 13: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 14: coal 1 piece

Instructions

  1. MALAI MURGH

     1: marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, lemon juice, mix well and leave it for 30 minutes.

     2: heat oil, butter add onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till soft, on high flame.

     3: then add tomato puree, garam masala powder, roasted cumin, red chilli, salt, water 1/2 cup mix and cook till the oil   comes on surface.

     4: now add the chicken, water 1/2 cup mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium till   the oil comes on surface.

     5: add cream, ginger, green chilli, coriander mix well and close the flame.

     6: heat the coal, place foil on the curry add the coal and spoon a little oil on the coal, cover till the smoke settles.

     7: serve hot with naan.
