Malai Boti Burger

Ingredients

 

 For Marination:

 1: boneless chicken 1/2 kg

 2: green chill paste 2 tbsp

 3: yogurt 6 tbsp

 4: cream 6 tbsp

 5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 6: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 7: salt 1 tsp

 8: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 9: black pepper powder 1 tsp

10:white pepper 1 tsp

11:garam masala powder 1 tsp

 

 For Green Chutney:

 1: lemon juice 3 tbsp

 2: garlic 6 cloves

 3: salt 1/2 tsp

 4: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 5: dry red chilli 6

 6: bullet green chilli 5

 7: yogurt 1 cup

 8: mint 1/2 bunch

 9: coriander 1/2 bunch

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 4 tbsp

 2: coals to smoke the chicken

 3: eggs as many required (beat with little salt and black pepper)

 4: oil for frying the eggs

 5: burger buns

 6: cheddar cheese (grated)

 7: onion rings

  

Instructions

  1. Malai Boti Burger

     1: in a bowl add chicken and all ingredients under marinaton, mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.

     2: in a blender add all ingredients under green chutney blend it gets smooth and place it in a air container.

     3: heat oil add the marinated chicken and cook on high flame for 6 minutes and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil seperates.

     4: heat the coals and smoke the chicken as showen in the video.

     5: beat one egg with salt, black pepper and fry the egg.

     6: warm the buns.

     7: spread the green chutney on the buns place fried egg, chicken, cheddar cheese, onion rings.

     8: serve hot with fries and cold drinks.
