MAKHMALI KEEMA

 1: mince 1 kg mutton or beef (grind it to make it smooth)

 2: onions 1 large (grind)

 3: papaya paste 2 tbsp

 4: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 5: dry whole red chilli 15

 6: dry roasted gram 3 tbsp

 7: cumin seeds 2 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)

 8: cinnamon stick 1 stick

 9: black pepper corn 1 tsp

 10: black cardamom 2

 11: green cardamom 6

 12: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 13: nutmeg 1/4 piece

 14: mace 4 blades

 15: yogurt 1 & 1/4 cup

 16: oil 3/4 cup

 17: mint 3 tbsp

 18: coriander 3 tbsp

 19: green chilli 3 (chopped)

 20: onion 1 large (cut in rings)

 21: lemon 1 (cut in rings)

Instructions

  1. 1: in a blender add cumin, nutmeg, mace, green cardamom, black pepper porn, black cardamom, cinnamon stick,   whole red chilli, roasted gram grind to a powder.

     2: in a bowl add, onion, papaya paste, ginger & garlic paste, salt, grinned masala mix well and leave it for 30 minutes.

     3: heat oil add the marinated mince, mix well cover and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on surface.

     4: now add yogurt and cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.

     5: then add mint, coriander and simmer for 8 minutes on low flame.

     6: garnish the mince with green chilli, onion, lemon.

     7: serve hot with Puri Paratha or Naan.
