MAKHANDI HALWA
Ingredients
1: semolina 1 cup
2: milk 1 cup
3: water 1/2 cup
4: sugar 1 cup
5: raisins 2 tbs
6: pistachio 1/4 cup (crushed)
7: almonds 1/4 cup (crushed)
8: desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
9: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
10:ghee 3/4 cup
Instructions

MAKHANDI HALWA
1: mix milk and semolina and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: melt ghee add the sugar, water, green cardamom powder and cook on medium flame till the sugar dissolves.
3: then close the flame and then add the milk and semolina or it will splatter, mix and then on the stove, keep stirring so that it dose not get lumps in it and cook on medium flame till all the liquid dries and starts to leave the pan.
4: now add the raisins, coconut, pistachio, almonds mix well, leave a little for garnishing.
5: garnish it and serve hot, warm or cold.
