Maggi Noodles Recipe Korean Style

Ingredients

- 4 packets of Maggi Noodles (Chicken Flavor)

- 4 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)

- 2 Spring Onions (chopped)

- 4 tbsp Oil

- 2 heaped tbsp Tomato Ketchup

- 2 heaped tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce

- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

- 1 1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

- 1 tsp Crushed Red Chilli

- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce

- 1/4 tsp Red Food Color

Instructions

  1. Maggi Noodles Recipe Korean Style

     1. Prepare the Noodles:

       - In a pan, boil water and add the Maggi noodles. Boil until they are just soft. Be cautious not to overcook. Once done, drain the water and rinse the boiled noodles with cold water to prevent sticking.

     2. Heat the Oil:

       - Heat 4 tablespoons of oil until it's very hot.

     3. Create the Flavorful Mix:

       - In a bowl, combine the Maggi spice packets, sesame seeds, finely chopped garlic, salt, chopped spring onions, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli, red food color, dark soy sauce, hot sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix this blend well.

     4. Stir in the Noodles:

       - Add the boiled noodles to the flavor mix and stir thoroughly to ensure they are coated evenly.

     5. Garnish and Serve:

       - Garnish your Korean-style Maggi noodles with more chopped spring onions and sesame seeds for extra flavor and visual appeal.
