M & M GRAVITY CAKE
Ingredients
For Chocolate Cake:
1: boiling water 1 cup & coffee 1tsp (mixed)
2: vegetable oil 1/2 cup
3: plain flour 1 & 3/4 cup
4: dark cocoa powder 3/4 cup
5: caster sugar 2 cup
6: eggs 2
7: baking powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: baking soda 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: vanilla essences 1tbs
10: 2 cake tins 8 inch (greased and floured add baking paper at he bottom)
For Frosting:
1: powder sugar 3 cups
2: dark cocoa powder 2/3 cup
3: cream 1 cup ( can use more cream if it is to stiff)
4: butter 110g (melted)
5: vanilla essences 1tbs
For Decoration:
1: m&m chocolates as many required
2: cooking chocolate 100g
3: straw 3
4: skewer 1
Instructions

Preheat Oven 350f, 180c, Gas Mark 4.
1: in a bowl sieve the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cocoa powder, then mix it with a spoon.
2: mix coffee with boiling water.
3: then add vanilla, oil, eggs in the dry cake mixture and beat, then add the boiling coffee and beat once again.
4: now divide the batter in the cake tins, bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
5: let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the tin, then remove and let it cool completely on a rack.
6: make frosting: in a bowl add powder sugar, cocoa, cream melted butter, vanilla and beat till smooth.
7: place cake on a plate and add the frosting, place the other cake on top and cover all over and around.
8: for decoration: in a bowl add the cooking chocolate and melt it in the microwave.
9: take the straws and tie rubber band around them.
10: now use the melted chocolate to stick the m&ms on the straw, place it in the fridge so it settles.
11: place the m&ms on the cake as shown in the video.
12: when the chocolates stick to the straw, take the skewer and pass it through the straw and place it on the cake as shown in the video.
13: now take the m&m empty packet and place it on the straw, to give a gravity effect.
14: serve and enjoy.
