LOBIA KEEMA

Ingredients

 1: mutton mince 1 kg

 2: red kidney beans 2 can (each 400g)lobia

 3: onions 2 large (fried)

 4: tomatoes 3 medium

 5: fresh coriander 1/4 cup

 6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 7: bullet green chilli 2 (chopped)

 8: fresh ginger 1 inch piece (Julian)

 9: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 10: salt 1 tsp

 11: cumin seeds 2 tsp

 12: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 13: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 14: water 1 cup

 15: oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. LOBIA KEEMA

     1: grind the fried onions, tomatoes to a paste.

     2: heat oil add add the cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste and fry for 1 minute on high flame.

     3: add the mince fry till changes colour, on high flame.

     4: then add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, grinned tomato and onion paste, mix well cook on medium to high flame, till  the oil comes on surface.

     5: now add the kidney beans, water mix and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     6: add garam masala powder, ginger, green chilli mix and cook on high flame for 1 minute, add coriander mix.

     7: serve hot with roti.
