LAHSUN CHICKEN KARAHI
Ingredients
1: chicken 1 kg
2: tomatoes 1/2 kg (grind)
3: garlic 1 tbsp (crushed and heaped)
4: green chilli 4 (chopped)
5: salt 1 tsp
6: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
7: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
8: red chilli powder 1tsp
9: turmeric 1/2 tsp
10: lemon juice 2 tbsp
11: fresh coriander 5 tbsp
12: oil 1/2 cup

LAHSUN CHICKEN KARAHI
1: heat oil add garlic and fry on high flame for 1 minute.
2: add the chicken and fry on high flame till it changes colour.
3: then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli, cumin seeds, turmeric, black pepper mix and wait for a boil on high flame and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil comes on surface.
4: now add coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chilli mix and simmer on low flame for 4 minutes.
5: serve hot with roti or naan.
