Ingredients

To Cook Mutton:

 1: mutton 1 kg 

 2: onions 1 large (sliced)

 3: tomatoes 1/2 kg (sliced)

 4: water 2 cups

 5: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 7: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 

 To Make Masala:

 1: butter 250g

 2: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

 3: garlic 1 whole (peeled and crushed with water 1/2 cup)

 4: crushed black pepper 1 tsp

 5: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 6: coriander seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)

 7: bullet green chilli 3 (chopped)

 8: fresh ginger 1 inch (Julian cut)

 9: fresh coriander 3 tbsp

 10: dry fenugreek leaves 1 & 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. LAHORI MUTTON KARAHI

     1: in a pressure cooker add all ingredients under cook mutton, mix and close the lid, once the weight moves from there  cook for 20 minutes.

     2: once the time is over be care full to open the pressure cooker, close the flame and let the pressure release and the  open.

     3: now in a pot add the boiled meat, yogurt, garlic, butter mix well and cook on high flame till the butter comes on the  surface.

     4: then add dry fenugreek leaves, roasted and crushed coriander, garam masala, crushed black pepper mix well and  cook on high flame till the butter comes on the surface.

     5: now add fresh coriander, green chilli, ginger mix and simmer on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

     6: serve hot with naan, tandoori roti.
