Ingredients

1: chicken 8 pieces

2: yogurt 1&1/2 cup

3: almonds 10

4: coriander seeds 1 tbs

5: cumin seeds 1 ts

6: sesame seeds 1 ts

7: poppy seeds 1 ts or cashew nuts 10

8: red chilli powder 1 ts

9: garam masala powder 1 ts

10: salt 1 ts

11: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs

12: oil 1/2 cup

13: fresh coriander hand full

Instructions

  1. LAGNI CHICKEN

    1: in a blender grind coriander seeds, almonds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and cumin seeds and keep aside.

    2: marinate the chicken with yogurt, red chili, ginger & garlic paste, salt, and grinned mixture, mix well cover, and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.

    3: heat oil add the chicken pieces and cook on high flame till gets a golden colour on both sides.

    4: now add the marination in the chicken mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes to the surface.

    5: then add the garam masala, and fresh coriander and mix well.

    6: Served hot with naan.
