 First Marination:

- 1 kg Chicken wings

- ½ cup Vinegar

- 1 tbsp Salt

- Enough water to soak

 Second Marination:

- 2 tbsp Vinegar

- 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce

- 1 tsp Black pepper

- 1 tsp Salt

- 2 tsp Crushed red chilli

- 1 Egg

 For Coating:

- 2 cups Plain flour

- 1 tsp Black pepper

- 1 tsp Salt

- ½ cup Cornflour

 For Sauce:

- 2 tbsp Oil

- 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)

- 1 cup Tomato ketchup

- ½ tsp Crushed red chilli

- ½ tsp Salt

- ½ tsp Black pepper

- 1 tbsp Lemon juice

- 2 tbsp Chilli sauce

- 1 tbsp Vinegar

- 2 tbsp Honey

- ½ tsp Sesame seeds

Step 1: First Marination

  1. In a large bowl, mix chicken wings, vinegar, salt, and enough water to fully submerge the wings. Let it soak overnight for maximum flavor.

Step 2: Second Marination

  1. The next day, rinse the wings and pat dry. For the second marination, combine vinegar, dark soy sauce, black pepper, salt, crushed red chilli, and egg. Coat the wings thoroughly and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Prepare the Coating

  1. In a separate bowl, mix plain flour, black pepper, salt, and cornflour. This will give your wings a perfect crispy texture.

Step 4: Fry the Chicken Wings

  1. Take the marinated wings and roll them in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the wings on high flame for 2-3 minutes, then reduce to medium and fry for another 7-8 minutes until they are golden, crispy, and fully cooked.

Step 5: Make the Sticky Sauce

  1. In a wok, heat oil and fry the garlic until it turns light brown. Add tomato ketchup, crushed red chilli, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, chilli sauce, vinegar, and honey. Stir the mixture and cook until the sauce thickens to a sticky consistency.

Step 6: Toss the Wings

  1. Add the fried wings to the sauce and toss them until they're evenly coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds and give them one final toss.

Step 7: Serve and Enjoy

  1. Serve these hot, crispy, and sticky wings garnished with fresh coriander leaves. They pair perfectly with fries and a cold drink. Enjoy.
