Korean Cheese Corn Dog
Ingredients
For Dough:
1: warm water 300ml
2: sugar 60g
3: yeast 8g
4: plain flour 400g
5: salt 10g
Filling:
1: sausages chicken
2: mozzarella cheese
3: skewers
For Coating:
1: dry bread crumbs
2: potatoes 2 medium (cut in small cubes)
For Frying:
1: oil
Instructions

1: in a bowl add water, sugar, yeast mix and leave for 5 to 8 minutes.
2: n a large deep tray add flour, salt and mix.
3: then add the water mixture and mix well, the dough is going to be sticky, cover and keep aside for 2 hours or till rises.
4: cut the sausages and mozzarella cheese as shown in the video and then place the skewers in a zip lock bag and keep in the fridge to cool.
5: heat oil to 140c.
6: now take a skewer and roll it in the dough so it covers from top to bottom.
7: roll it in bread crumbs and potatoes as shown in the video.
8: add the skewers in the the oil and fry till gets golden it takes about 8 minutes on the temperature as shown in the video.
9: garnish them with ketchup, mayo, bbq sauce your choice.
10: serve hot and enjoy :)
