Khubani Aur Imli Ki Chatni

Ingredients

 1: tamarind pulp 1/2 cup ( 70g tamarind soak in half cup water and then remove the pulp )

 2: dry apricot 22 (soaked for 4 to 5 hours in 1 cup water)

 3: sugar 2 tbspIngredients:

4. Cumin powder: 1 tsp

5. Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp

6. Salt: 1/2 tsp

7. Green chillies: 2

8. Fresh coriander: 1/2 bunch

9. White radish: a few small pieces

Instructions

  1.  1: in a blender add all ingredients and blend till gets smooth.

     2: transfer it to a pan add 1/2 cup water wait to boil and then cook for 1 minute only, leaving it to cool.

     3: add white radish and serve (but do not store radish as it will get spoiled quickly)

     4: once cooled store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1 month or freeze for 1 month or two.

     5: Served with Fried Fish, Naan PakoraBread Pakora, and Laddu Peethi.
