KERI KA SHARBAT

Ingredients

1: keri 1 kg

2: black salt 1 & 1/2 tbsp

3: sugar 3 cups

4: fresh mint 1 bunch

5: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)

 

Instructions

  1. KERI KA SHARBAT

    1: in a pan add the Keri water enough so that the Keri is under, bring to a boil on high flame, then lower the flame to medium cover and cook till gets soft.

    2: now peel the skin and remove the pulp.

    3: in a blender add the mint, mango pulp, cumin, black salt, and sugar and blend till smooth.

    4: store in a clean bottle or air-tight box in the fridge.

    5: to serve: in a glass add 3 to 4 tbsp of Keri mixture, water mix well, add ice sprinkle some black salt.
