Keema Do Pyaza

Ingredients

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: onions 1/2 kg (finely sliced)

 3: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp

 4: black peppercorn 8 to 10

 5: clove 7 to 8

 6: black cardamom 2

 7: green cardamom 4

 8: cinnamon stick 1 piece

 9: dried red chilli 7 to 8

 10: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 11: mutton mince 1 kg

 12: tomatoes 4 large (sliced)

 13: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp (heaped)

 14: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 15: yogurt 1 cup

 16: onions 1/2 kg (finely sliced)

 17: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 18: bullit green chillis 3 (sliced)

 19: coriander leaves 1 small bunch

 

Instructions

  1.  1: heat oil add the onions and fry till golden.

     2: then add cumin seeds, black peppercorn, cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, dried red chilli, ginger & garlic paste, mix and add mince cook on high flame till the mince changes colour.

     3: add tomatoes, crushed red chilli, salt mix and cook on medium flame till the tomatoes reduce and oil comes on the surface.

     4: now add yogurt mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     5: add the onions, garam masala powder, green chilli, coriander mix well and cover and simmer on low flame for 8 minutes.

     6: serve hot with roti, paratha.
