Kashmiri Kabab Curry
Ingredients
For Making Kofta:
1: mutton mince 1 kg
2: salt 1 tsp
3: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: ginger powder 2 tsp
5: garam masala powder 1 tsp
6: fennel seeds powder 1 tsp (heaped)
7: egg 1
8: bread slice 1
9: water 4 tbsp
For Gravy:
1: oil 3/4 cup
2: cloves 7
3: green chilli 4
4: onion 2 large (grind)
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
6: cinnamon stick 2 pieces
7: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: tomato puree 4 tbsp
10: tomatoes 4 medium (grind)
11: yogurt 1 cup
12: water 2 glass or (as you like the texture of the gravy)
13: garam masala powder 1 tsp
14: fresh coriander hand full
15: green chilli 3

Kashmiri Kabab Curry
1: in a chopper add all ingredients under making kofta and grind till gets smooth.
2: grease you're palms and make round balls and keep aside.
3: heat oil add cloves, cinnamon stick, green chilli, onion, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till changes colour.
4: now add red chill powder, salt, tomato puree, tomatoes, yogurt mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
5: add the water 2 glass wait for a boil.
6: add the meat balls cover and cook on low flame for 15 minute.
7: then add garam masala powder, fresh coriander, green chilli mix.
8: serve hot with roti, naan , rice.
