KARAHI KEEMA

Ingredients

 

 

 1: mince 1 kg (keema)

 2: homemade keema karahi masala powder 4 tbsp (check the link in the video)

 3: tomatoes 4 medium (grind)

 4: yogurt 1/2 cup

 5: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 8: fresh ginger 1 inch (julienne cut)

 9: green chilli 3

 10: fresh coriander handful

 11: oil 1/2 cup

 

 

Instructions

  1. KARAHI KEEMA

     1: heat oil add ginger & garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes on high flame.

     2: add the tomatoes and cook on high flame till the liquid dries.

     3: now add the mince and fry for 10 minutes on high flame.

     4: add the homemade masala, garam masala, salt, ginger, green chilli, yogurt mix, cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on surface.

     5: then add fresh corainder mix cook on high flame.

     6: serve hot with roti, naan.
