KALI MIRCH KE PASANDAY

Ingredients

1: beef pasanday 1 kg

 2: raw papaya paste 2 tbsp

 3: thick greek yogurt 2 cups

 4: onions 1 large

 5: green chilli 8

 6: lemon juice 1/4 cup

 7: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 8: crushed black pepper 2 tsp

 9: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 10: coriander powder 2 tsp

 11: cumin powder 2 tsp

 12: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 13: fresh coriander handful

 14: oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. KALI MIRCH KE PASANDAY

     1: in a blender add green chilli, onions, yogurt and grind to a paste.

     2: in a bowl add pasanday, raw papaya, grinned paste, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, crushed black pepper, salt,  coriander powder, cumin powder mix well cover and leave it for 2 hours.

     3: heat oil add the pasanday, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium till the beef is tender  and oil comes on surface. (you can add water if the beef is not getting tender)

     4: now add green chilli, garam masala powder, fresh coriander mix well.

     5: serve hot with roti.
