KAKORI KABAB

Ingredients

1: mince 1 kg (super fine with fat)

2: cashew nuts 15
 
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbs
 
4: crushed red chilli 1 tbs
 
5: salt 1 tsp
 
6: poppy seeds 1 tbs
 
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
 
8: coal to give a bbq flavour

Instructions

  1. 1: grind cashew nuts, poppy seeds, ginger & garlic to make a paste.

    2: marinate the mince with the grinned paste, crushed red chilli, salt, garam masala mix well.
     
    3: now grease your palms lightly and make balls.
     
    4: heat oil in a pan 2 tbs and add the balls fry till golden all over, place them on paper towel to remove extra oil.
     
    5: heat the coal red hot, place the foil in the middle of the fried balls add the coal a tbs spoon of oil, cover till the smoke settles.
     
    6: serve hot.
