- 1 tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (dry roasted and crushed)

- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp Heaped Garlic Powder

- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

- 1 tbsp Mint Leaves

- 1 Grated Carrot

- 1 Large Onion (finely chopped)

- 1 Medium Cucumber (chopped)

- 4 Green Chillies (chopped)

- 1 Large Tomato (deseeded and chopped)
