Jalebi Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

 1: green cardamom 1 tsp

 2: sugar 3/4 cup

 3: milk 1 kg

 4: eggs 6

 5: jalebi 1/2 kg

 6: almonds 8 (sliced)

 7: pistachio 8 (sliced)

  1.  Note: preheat oven to 180c, 350f, gas 4.

     1: in a blender add milk, sugar, eggs, and green cardamom powder and blend till gets combined.

     2: in a baking dish place the jalebi and top it with the milk mixture and place it in the preheated oven and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes or till gets set.

     3: garnish it with nuts.

     4: serve hot, warm, and enjoy.
