IMLI & PODINA CHUTNEY

Ingredients

1: fresh mint (pudina) 1 bunch

2: imli water 1 cup (soak 100g in water)

3: garlic 4 pieces

4: red chilli powder 1ts

5: salt 1ts

6: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted, crushed)

7: sugar (as much required)

8: yogurt (as much required)

Instructions

  1. IMLI & PODINA CHUTNEY

    1: in a blender add mint, garlic, red chilli, salt, cumin, and imli, and grind to a paste.

    2: serve with biryani, pokora.

    Note: can also make this sweet by adding powdered sugar, or with yogurt.
