HYDERABADI MASALA MUTTON

Ingredients

1: mutton 1 kg

 2: peanuts 1tbs (dry roasted)

 3: coriander seeds 1tbs (dry roasted)

 4: desiccated coconut 3 tsp (dry roasted)

 5: bengal gram whole 1tbs (dry roasted)

 6: fried onions 6 tbs (readymade)

 7: cumin seeds 3 tsp (dry roasted)

 8: sesame seeds 3 tsp (dry roasted)

 9: poppy seeds 2 tbs (dry roasted or cashew nuts 20)

 10:thick greek yogurt 2 cups

 11:ginger & garlic paste 2tbs

 12:papaya paste 2tbs

 13:salt 1ts

 14:red chilli powder 1ts

 

 For Terdka:

 1:button red chilli 8

 2:curry leaves 20

 3:cumin seeds 1 tsp

 4:oil 1 cup

Instructions

  1. HYDERABADI MASALA MUTTON

     1: in a blender grind the dry roasted ingredients,peanuts, coriander, desiccated coconut, bengal gram, cumin, sesame  seeds, poppy seeds, fried onions in a powder.

     2: in a pan add mutton, yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, papaya, red chilli powder, salt, grind masala mix well cover and l  leave it for 1/2 hour.

     3: heat oil add cumin seeds, button red chilli, curry leaves and fry it for a few seconds and add this on the marinated  meat, mix well.

     4: now on the stove on high flame and wait for a boil, then lower the flame low to medium cover and cook till the mutton  is completely cooked and oil comes on surface.

     5: serve hot with naan.
