HYDERABADI LAAL CHICKEN

Ingredients

For Marination:

 1: chicken 1 kg

 2: almonds 12

 3: pistachio 12

 4: cashewnuts 12

 5: onions medium 2 (grind)

 6: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 7: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 8: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 9: coriander powder 1 tsp

 10: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 11: green chilli sauce  1 tbsp

 12: tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

 13: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 14: yogurt 3/4 cup

 15: salt 1 tsp

 16: green chilli 4

 

 

 Other:

 1: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp

 2: green cardamom 8

 3: Cinnamon sticks 2

 4: oil 3/4 cup

 5: fresh coriander 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. HYDERABADI LAAL CHICKEN

    1: marinate the chicken with the ingredients under marination, mix well cover and leave it for 2 hours.

     2: heat oil add black cumin, curry leaves, green chilli fry for 1 minute.

     3: now add the marinated chicken mix well cover and cook on low to medium till the chicken is cooked and the oil  comes on the surface.

     4: add fresh mint mix well.

     5: serve hot and enjoy.
